Sizing

Our measurements are taken by hand from the garment laid flat, so please allow for a difference of up to 3cm. It’s a normal part of how the clothes are made, and it’s why we’d always suggest measuring something already in your wardrobe that fits the way you like and comparing it to the size guide on each product page :)

Colours

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different in real life depending on your screen and the lighting you’re viewing them in.

Will you be restocking items marked “SOLD OUT”?

Most of our collections are produced in limited quantities to avoid waste, so they won’t be restocked once sold out. For restock updates and new arrivals, follow along on Instagram.

How do I wash my Freckl pieces?

Wash your Freckl pieces in lukewarm or cold water on a gentle machine cycle, using a washing bag and a delicate detergent to protect the fabric. Please refer to the Care section on each product page for anything piece-specific.

Prices and payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. We accept credit and debit cards, bank deposits, and Apple Pay.
